14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging with all seals intact
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at team@baldena.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your package to our warehouse in Austria.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Baldena Biolabs is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at team@baldena.com.
EU Consumer Rights
As a customer based in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right applies to unused and unopened products only.
