GHK-Cu delivers bioavailable copper for collagen and elastin synthesis, gene-expression regulation of growth factors, and matrix metalloproteinase modulation—directly supporting extracellular matrix architecture and fibroblast proliferation. BPC-157 engages multi-pathway growth factor signaling (VEGFR2, NO, ERK1/2), supporting angiogenesis and tissue vascularization critical for sustained regeneration. TB-500 provides direct cytoskeletal regulation through G-actin sequestration, facilitating cell migration and wound closure.
